We are a team of enthousiastic Freedivers with a two weekly training moments:
Every Monday evening we train in beautiful Zuiderbad from 21:00h-22:00h (except 6 weeks summer holiday).
Update sept ’25: occassionally we can start at 20:00h already in Zuiderbad and we now need more members to keep this hour for 2026.
Every Wednesday evening in de Mirandabad from 20:00h-21:30h (From nov 2025 – apr 2026 we get 20:30h-21:30h
Our group is half dutch – half international (expat). Levels vary from total beginner to Instructor and competitive freedivers.

If you are a certified freediver from any organisation (PADI, Molchanovs, AIDA, SSI, …) you are welcome to join.
As a certified freediver you know how to safely train with your buddy. You avoid dangerous practices and know how to effectively do a rescue when someone blacks out. Due to liability we cannot accept non-certified freedivers.

New freedivers that are not certified by us have to do a checkout / skills update session.
Those will be scheduled about every 6-8 weeks. Cost is 39 euro.

Weekly training:
Enter the Mirandabadpool from 20:00h You can change and do some stretching.
The 2 lanes on the far side are for freediving. You buddy up with one of the other freedivers and train according to your schedule. We have a whatsapp group and the experienced freedivers will help you with a training schedule.
2025-6 Membership Cost is 299 euro per year.
(from 1 Oct 2025 – 31 dec 2026: 399 euro)
